What To Expect

The Convention

Lots of fellowship! We’ll have lots of programming and lots of time to spend with friends and fellows in program. There will be people we know and new faces to meet. If you’re looking for a sponsor, this is a great opportunity to connect. There’s always something going on and lots of stimulation throughout the weekend. Take breaks when needed and have fun!

The Hotel

There are both single king and double queen rooms available in the group’s room block. Each room has a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. The hotel has plentiful amenities,  including a full service spa, outdoor heated pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, outdoor fire pit, onsite walking paths, and adjacent pond, where you can either bring your own water sports equipment, such as a paddle board, or rent equipment for a fee from the resort. There is also an onsite cafe and deli, open 7a – 1p on Saturday and 7a – 10a on Sunday, and a lounge/ restaurant, open 5p – 9p each evening.

Summit County

Keystone is located in Summit County, about 75 miles west of Denver and 175 miles east of Grand Junction. There are multiple grocery stores, including a City Market located in Dillon and a Whole Foods located in Frisco. Keystone is located at an elevation of 9,280 feet above sea level; drink lots of water and stay hydrated. The weather can be unpredictable in Colorado in the fall; it could be 70 degrees and sunny or it could be snowing. Bring layers and a jacket to wear in the evening. There are numerous outdoor activities to participate in; bring sturdy footwear and any other gear you may want to use throughout the weekend.
